Download the DripVivo app from the App Store or Google Play. Open it and tap "Sign Up". You can register with your email address or sign in with your existing Google or Apple account. Once registered, pick a username and you're ready to go.

Tap the three-dot menu (···) on any post or visit a profile and tap the flag icon to report. Our moderation team reviews all reports and will act within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, please also email us directly at support@dripvivo.com.

Go to your Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes all your content, followers, and account data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that the app has permission to access your camera roll. Videos must be under 100MB. If the issue persists, try force-closing the app and reopening it. If it still fails, email us with your device model and app version and we'll investigate.

The Drips feed surfaces trending and high-engagement content from creators you don't yet follow — a way to discover new people. Content is ranked by a combination of engagement, recency, and topical relevance. There is no paid promotion in the Drips feed.

Yes. DripVivo is completely free to download and use. There are no paywalled features, no subscription required, and no ads (for now). We plan to remain free for all users.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter the email address linked to your account. We'll send you a password reset link. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use the same sign-in method — there's no separate DripVivo password to reset.
