Download DripVivo from the App Store or Google Play, open it and sign up with your email address, or continue with Google or Apple. Then choose a username and you're ready to go.

Go to your profile and tap Edit profile. You can change your photo, name, username and bio there.

Yes. DripVivo is free to download and use.

Tap the create button, choose the type of post, then pick photos or a video from Recents or Albums. Tap Next, add a caption, mentions and hashtags, and share. Videos start uploading in the background, so you can keep using the app.

A Moment is your look for the day. Post one each day to fill your Vivo calendar. Runway trends are themes anyone can join: open a trend and post your take to appear alongside everyone else's.

Your Vivo calendar shows the days you posted Moments and joined Runway trends, by day, week and month. You choose who can visit it in your Vivo privacy settings.

Open the Album tab on your profile to create an album and add your posts to it. Use Manage to rename an album, add or remove posts, or delete it.

Yes. When you leave the create screen, choose to save a draft. Your drafts are on your profile, so you can finish and publish them later.

A Drip is a vote on a fashion post. Tap the drip button and give the look 3, 4 or 5 drips. Each person can vote once per post.

Creators are ranked by the drips their posts receive within the time filter you pick, from the last 24 hours to all time. The Runway view ranks creators by how many Runway days they've completed. Your own position is pinned at the top.

The Creator Badge shows a creator's drip standing. Tap it on any profile or Leaderboard row to see their rank and stats.

Flash lets you privately share photos and videos with people you follow who follow you back. Each conversation keeps a streak and its own monthly, weekly and album views.

Open the Inbox and switch to the Messages tab. The Activity tab holds likes, comments, follows and drips.

Go to Options → Privacy → Direct messages to choose who can send you direct messages.

Go to Options → Account information → Change password. Your new password must contain both letters and numbers, and it can't be the same as your current one. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you don't have a separate DripVivo password.

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email address on your account. We'll email you a link to reset it.

Go to Options → Login activity. Where you're logged in lists each device using your account, and Login history lists recent sign-ins. Both cover the last 90 days. If you don't recognise a device, tap Log out next to it, or use Log out of all other devices, and then change your password.

Go to Options → Account information → Delete or deactivate account. Deactivating hides your profile until you sign back in. Deleting permanently removes your account and content and cannot be undone.

Go to Options → Push notifications. For likes, comments, comment likes, mentions and tags, and drips, choose Off, From people I follow or From everyone. You can also turn notifications for followers and messages on or off.

Yes. Open Pause all at the top of Push notifications and choose how long to pause them, or choose Off to turn them back on.

Check that notifications are allowed for DripVivo in your phone's settings, and that Pause all is off. Then sign out and back in to refresh this device's connection. If you use several phones, each one receives notifications while it's signed in.

Go to Options → Privacy and switch your account to Private. New followers will then need your approval to see your posts.

Open their profile, tap the menu and choose Block. They won't be able to see your content, like or comment on your posts, follow you or message you, and you won't see theirs. To unblock someone, go to Options → Privacy → Blocked accounts.

Tap the menu (···) on the post, comment or profile and choose Report. Our moderation team reviews every report. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Check that you have a stable connection and that DripVivo can access your photos. Keep the app open until the upload finishes. If it still fails, restart the app and try again. If the problem continues, report it with your device model.

First, update to the latest version of DripVivo. If the problem continues, go to Options → Report a problem, pick a category and describe what happened. The more detail you include, the faster we can fix it.
